The Shoulder Rest

Wooooooooow...My lifetime's 1st violin shoulder rest!!!

Juz bought it today! But I'm not quite sure how it functions...

I never use a shoulder rest since the 1st day i hold my violin... Bought it for fun..cause almost every musicians have their own shoulder rest!!!
